A do-it-all, get-it-done work boot that brings everything it has to the work day — and the feature that will decide it for some people is the U-Turn Entry System, which lets anyone with high arches slip the boot on easily.

That is a genuinely unusual problem to solve. Beyond it, ATS Max technology disperses pressure so you finish the day as comfortable as you started, a removable Pro Performance insole handles cushioning and shock absorption, and a lightweight EVA midsole absorbs the rest. The Duratread sole resists oil and slips and provides maximum wear resistance. The heel is a 90° one, cut to hold on a rung. Construction is Goodyear welt, so the boot can be resoled, and a six-row stitch pattern runs up the shaft. It meets ASTM F2892 and is EH rated for electrical hazard resistance.
