FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Handling takes 1 to 3 business days and transit usually takes another 4 to 8 business days, so most orders arrive within 5 to 11 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time on a business day are processed the same day; anything later joins the next day's queue. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay, based on the address you enter. You will see the exact amount on the payment page and you can leave without ordering if you do not want it. We do not add handling fees on top of the rate shown.

Can I return boots that do not fit?

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return boots, as long as they are unworn and in their original packaging. Try them on indoors, on carpet, before you wear them outside: a sole that has been walked on outdoors is no longer unworn. Email support@missionwesternwear.com to start a return and we will send you the instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do, unless the boots arrived damaged, faulty or were not what you ordered, in which case we pay. There is no restocking fee either way, so the return costs you the postage and nothing else.

How do I know what size to order?

Order the US size you normally wear in a boot, and check the width — we carry B, D, EE and 2E, and width matters more in a boot than in a shoe. Our Size Guide explains how to measure your foot and how to judge a pull-on boot's fit. If you are between sizes, email us before you order.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. We are at 617 N Conway Ave, Mission, TX 78572, open Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time and closed on Sunday. You are welcome to come in and try boots on, and phone orders are fine too on (956) 581-2116.

How long does it take you to answer an email?

Within 3 business days. Most emails are answered sooner than that, but 3 business days is the outside limit we hold ourselves to, and it is also when an unresolved problem gets escalated rather than left sitting.
