Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of missionwesternwear.com and any order you place through it. The store is operated by Mission Western Wear, 617 N Conway Ave, Mission, TX 78572, contactable at support@missionwesternwear.com or (956) 581-2116.

1. Agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with them, do not order. We may update these terms, and the version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe every boot from the information the manufacturer supplies.

Colours can look different on different screens, and construction details occasionally change between production runs. Where a description and the boot you receive genuinely disagree, that is a fault under section 3 of our Refund Policy and we pay the return postage.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are shown before tax and shipping, which are added at checkout.

Prices can change without notice, but the price shown when you complete your order is the price you pay. We may cancel and refund an order that was priced in obvious error.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer, and a contract is formed when we dispatch it.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where an address cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud — and we will refund you in full if we do.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, rates and return rights are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Those two pages form part of these terms. In short: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn boots in their original packaging, with no restocking fee.

6. Use of this site

You may use this site to browse and buy for your own use.

You may not copy our page text, product descriptions or images for another store, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.

Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be dealt with by the courts of that state.
