12" REBEL BROWN SADDLE WESTERN BOOT

Brown boots with a yellow accent running through them — the stitching and the pull holes are picked out in it, and the shaft carries yellow embroidery shaped like the outline of flames. That is the first thing anyone notices about this western boot.

The leather is distressed full-grain, the toe is round, and two rows of welt stitching edge it and carry on around the rest of the boot to keep it durable. Pull holes and pull loops at the top make getting into them straightforward. A tempered steel shank handles arch support and stability, with a rolled shank area behind it, and a Cushion Flex insole sits over an EVA midsole. The lining is soft mesh, and the footbed adds cushioning and ventilation. The outsole blends rubber and EVA and is built to resist oil and slips. There is no safety toe in this one — it is a soft toe.

The heel is low, which is what makes them easy to walk in all day rather than for an evening. Wear them under a boot-cut jean, or push the hem up and let the embroidery show; the second is the reason to buy these instead of something plain.
