The timeless classic western returns in new colourways — rugged, edgy and authentically western, with a wide square toe that gives the foot plenty of room through a day.

The upper is full grain leather, and the water buffalo leather is what adds the rugged character to the finish; the lining is woven. The insole is a removable orthotic, there for comfort rather than for show. Construction is cement with a double row stitch, the shank is non-metallic, and the outsole is an oil and slip resisting rubber that keeps you planted safely on your feet whatever the conditions turn out to be.

Water buffalo takes a scuff differently to cowhide — it grows character instead of damage, which is why it turns up on boots meant to be worn hard and look better for it. Between that and a rubber outsole, this is the western boot to reach for when the day is unpredictable: rough ground, wet ground, standing about. The wide square toe means you will not be counting the hours. Wear it with a straight leg over the shaft and let the finish do the ageing.
