8" CASCADE WORK BOOT - WILDCAT

The Sierra collection was built for the jobs that ruin boots: harsh outdoor work, high heat environments, intense construction. Extremely durable, cushioned and heat-resistant is the brief, and this round toe safety toe boot is the plain version of it.

The measure of that heat resistance is specific. The Duratread sole passes hot contact testing at 300°C / 572°F, resists oil and slips, and keeps durability and flexibility together. Goodyear welt construction makes it resoleable, so the boot outlives its own outsole. The 90° heel gives secure footing on ladders and rungs. ATS technology carries lightweight support on uneven surfaces, and the All Day Cushioning insole comes out for cleaning. A kiltie is fitted and removable. The rating is ASTM F2892 EH SR.

Nothing here is decorative. Take the kiltie off if you dislike it, put it back if you want, and expect the boot to outlast the habit.
