12" DYLAN ROUND TOE

A 12" work western boot with a round toe, made in the USA with global parts — a claim the box makes and one worth repeating here.

The leather is Old Town Folklore, lined in leather, and assembled with a six row stitch pattern. A Permafresh cushioned insole sits over a Midnight shock absorbing polyurethane insert, so two layers share the cushioning rather than one. The outsole is Oak I.C.E. — Industrial Compressed Elastomer, the longest-lasting of the outsoles here, designed to resist abrasion so it wears longer, and built to meet the standards for oil resistance and for slip resistance under ASTM F1677. It has been electrical hazard tested as well: an independent lab held 18,000 volts at 60hz against it for one minute without leakage.

A steel toe version of this style exists, so read this one as the boot for jobs where the hazard is the ground rather than what falls on it. Pull it on, let the shaft disappear under a jean, and go. The round toe keeps the profile close to a traditional western boot, which is why it does not look out of place away from the site either.
