The list of people that describes is specific: road crews, tow truck operators, truck drivers, oil field workers, and anyone who needs to add an element of visibility to their gear for safety in low light. The boots are waterproof, which is the other half of the same problem, and they are built with a lightweight nano composite toe for added safety on the job. They are electrical hazard rated.
